The optimal temperature of the paving material is a decisive factor in road construction, with a significant influence on the quality of the road. A comprehensive thermal visualisation of the paving process offers important insights regarding the quality of the material and introduces completely new optimisation potentials.
The PAVE-IR System not only makes you achieve high quality roads, it also deliveres you documentation of your work. With the PAVE Project Manager your project data is saved directly into the MOBA Cloud application. Thus you can analyse the reports, increase process reliability and show your efficient results to your client.
The recorded data of the construction site is uploaded live into the MOBA Cloud, which makes it available in the PAVE Project Manager. This ensures a perfect workflow between the backoffice and the construction site. After your job on the construction site, the system delivers you reports which help you to analyse your work to improve it for future projects.

High-tech computer with ultra fast processor and high-res display. It optimizes data management from the cabin of the machine and enhances usability. It has anti-glare and transflective display and can be used via touch screen and keys.
The MPAVE SCAN APP was developed for the application on the roller. It shows the live thermal profile of the PAVE-IR and so it builds the interface between the paver and the roller. The app is displayed on an preconfigured tablet. This helps the roller operator to better estimate which areas have a critical temperature in order to optimize compaction. In cooperation with his colleagues on the paver he thus can work as effective as possible.

The configuration levels can be flexibly adapted to the construction site. In this way, additional functions can easily be added with additional IR SPOTS or a weather station. |
